TTARIK Foundation for Meteoritics and Planetary Science is an autonomous and non-profit association. Its headquarters is located in Hassan II University of Casablanca, Ain Chock Faculty, Morocco.
The creation of this Foundation is a result of a long experience of Meteoritics and Planetary Science of the founders and the incredible richness of Morocco and North Africa on Extraterrestrial rocks.

OUR MISSION
A
TTARIK FOUNDATION for Meteoritics and Planetary science aims at promoting the science of meteorites, planets and astronomy among researchers from public or private institutions, students, teachers, high school students, but also among public authorities and the general public, in Morocco first and then all over the world, in particular in the Arab world and African continent countries.
The Foundation’s fields of expertise are related to meteorites, planets and astronomy sciences concerning:
– Basic and applied research;
– Training and pedagogy;
– Project support and advice related to its areas of expertise;
– Sustainable development of the territories;
– Promotion and preservation of Moroccan geoheritage.

TTARIK Foundation emphasizes the role of scientific and cultural development and education in basic and applied sciences in general for sustainable economic and social development.
It also aims at contributing to strengthening the innovation and employability of young people, enriching and diversifying the scientific content of school curricula as well as contributing to the open-mindedness of young people through popularization of science.
